What role did you have in the film?

I played the role of Samantha in The Influence - Jake's love interest.

What was the best part of the filming experience?

The best part of filming was being able to act and work with other great actors, producers, directors and crew. I love acting so I was very excited to be part of this film.

What was the most difficult part of filming or preparing for filming?

There wasn't a difficult part to filming, just getting into the mind set of my character and trying to portray that.

What do you hope this film accomplishes?

I hope that this film reaches out to kids all over. Telling them that drugs can have very negative effects on lives and that even if you are just experimenting with drugs to fit in with your peers (to look cool), it can take you down a road you don't want to be on.

What other film projects have you worked on?

I have appeared on several music videos (for Jay Semko, Brad Johner, Derek Ruttan, Dierks Bently), commercials and other local films (such as; A Warrior's Romantic Journey, The Instigator and Spliced).

What's next for you?

I hope to continue acting and eventually move to a larger center to do it full time.

What advice do you have for others trying to get into the industry?

Keep Auditioning and take any opportunity you have to act or be a part of the filming experience! Even if it's a background role, it's good experience and alot of fun.
